Training Development Workbench

 
The Training Development Workbench allows teams of training designers and developers to effectively collaborate and work jointly throughout all stages of the training needs analysis, course design, and course materials development process.

In the training design / development / delivery process, subject matter experts, designers and training deliverers often work independently and sometimes geographically remote from each other.

The Training Development Workbench provides a way to maintain teamwork, supports co-design and co-development of materials, exchange of ideas and rationale and a means of sharing and consolidating the design and development process.

The Workbench is used to develop, share and store all content and materials associated with course development, including libraries of graphics, diagrams, templates and corporate brand logos.

The Training Development Workbench is pre-configured with recognised phases of the training process - it incorporates training needs analysis, training design, training development tools with associated forms and 'best practice' components to ensure both efficient, and rigorous, design of courses and course materials.
